Our Craft
Every loaf begins with clean, organic wheat berries sourced with intention and milled fresh in our home kitchen the very same day we bake. That single decision, refusing pre-milled and shelf-aged flour, is what separates our sourdough from anything wrapped in plastic on a grocery aisle.
Fresh ground flour still holds its natural oils, its living enzymes, and the full spectrum of its nutrients. Combined with a slow, active sourdough start, it becomes bread that is easier to digest, richer in flavor, and unmistakably aromatic. No bleach, no preservatives, no shortcuts.

Ask CynthiaKeep it cut-side down on the board for the first day, then wrap it in a clean linen or paper bag. For longer keeping, slice and freeze in a zip bag and toast straight from frozen.
We require a 48-hour minimum notice on every order so we can mill, mix, ferment, and bake your bread the day of pickup.
We rotate through regional Canyon Lake markets. Follow us on Instagram or reach out by text and we will share the current week's location and hours.
Not at this time. Our entire kitchen works with fresh milled wheat, so we cannot guarantee a gluten-free environment.
